Grinding will be faster now.
I just switched teeth on my grinder. I have ground out 2 stumps so far. It looks like my time will be reduced by 25% grinding stumps and I will save time with maintenance too. The timing never seemed right to make the switch but the easy financing made me finally decide to switch. Man, the shipping was fast and for my large order it was free.
With my previous set up, I have ground out over 30,000 stumps (I started in 2001). I am excited with the new setup. You can see how tight the old pockets were to keep them in, because of that, I didn't like changing them and they weren't as sharp and caused extra wear and tear. I didn't abuse the grinder, I just didn't keep it at optimal condition - with green teeth, that is going to change! (I bought a full set of hardware here and will copy paste on the other parts I bought)
