Werewolf Parts, LLC serves the United States and Canada, shipping most orders from Lebanon, Ohio.  As part of your checkout process, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery time for various delivery options based on product size and shipping address.  Options may include UPS or FedEx - ground, express, or freight trucking.

Please note that express services (2nd Day, Next Day, 2Day, or Overnight) are not guarantees of delivery time and do not deliver on weekends.  Werewolf is dedicated to processing orders as fast as possible and will communicate tracking information when it becomes available.

Occasionally, when processing an order, our team will recognize a better shipping option.  If the change only matches or improves delivery time, Werewolf Parts will make the change with an automated notification.  If the change has any other impact (later delivery time, cost, delivery method, or other), then a Werewolf representative will contact you.

Customers outside the United States may be responsible for import duties and taxes incurred (contact your local customs office for information on such charges).

Pickup at warehouse location in Lebanon, Ohio may be available.  Please contact a Werewolf representative.

Some orders may qualify for a shipping discount.  To receive this discount, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping option.  Current promotion is free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $750 and shipped to addresses in the continental United States.
