As an online dealer, we work hard to help you find the right replacement parts using detailed descriptions and real part photographs.  If you have any doubt about part fitment, please call us to discuss your application and machine type to help you find your best aftermarket options.  If your purchase has any issue requiring a return, we have a 30-day return policy:

  • Return must have pre-approval, contact alpha@werewolfparts.com or call your Werewolf representative
  • Parts and packaging must be in the same condition as received, worn or used tools cannot be returned
  • 20% restocking fee applies
  • Shipping fees are not refunded
  • Credit less fees will be issued after parts are received and inspected

Damage and defect issues, shipping errors


Please contact us immediately if any received item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from ordered.  We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
