Aftermarket Vermeer chipper blades and brush chipper knives, made from heat-treated A8 modified tool steel and built to the original blade geometry so they bolt straight into the drum you already run. Every Vermeer wood chipper blade here is double-edge reversible, which gives you a second factory edge before the blade ever needs its first regrind. We ship from our US warehouse.
Chipper blades are sold by size rather than by machine name, so measure the old blade before you order: length, then width, then thickness, then count the bolt holes or slots and note whether the holes are counterbored. The table below maps every size we stock to the Vermeer models it fits.

Two 9-inch blades, and they are not the same part. If you run a BC1000XL or a BC1200XL you need the counterbored version, which covers the XL machines as well as the standard BC1000 and BC1200. The non-counterbored 9-inch blade fits the standard BC1000 and BC1200 only and will not fit the XL versions. Check your machine before you add either one to the cart.
These are the Vermeer chipper parts we make: the blades and the bolts that hold them. Most of our blades take a 5/8-11UNC x 4" hex head bolt, and we stock those alongside the flat bolts and washers in chipper knife bolts and hardware. Replace the bolts with the blades; reusing stretched bolts is how blades come loose.
